Angelo Koichopolos

Introduction Angelo Koichopolos

Hi,

My name is Angelo Koichopolos and I joined Schoeck Canada on June 15, 2011. I have been in the construction industry for many years. In the past 5 years, I have sold steel rebar to the greater Toronto area for projects such as condominiums, hospitals, commercial, municipal and provincial projects. I even had the opportunity to work with Schoeck Canada in the TTC tunneling project that required GFRP caissons specifically for the boring machine. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in the preparation of tender documents according to CCDC 12 and the same opportunity to be on the other side bidding on tenders. I look forward to bringing my expertise to Schoeck Canada and to expand its current market.

I have been married to my wife for 28 years and am blessed with two great children. My wife is a teacher for the board of education of Durham. My son Michael graduated from Queens University Business 09 and is now seeking his masters (EMBA). My daughter Jennifer is in her 3rd year at Queens University studying Life Sciences and is writing her MCAT this summer. I graduated in Architectural Technology from Centennial College and am certified in master specifications from the University of Wisconsin.

I believe in Schoeck products and feel that the future of GFRP in Canada has a great potential as a superior alternative to what the country uses today.

I would like to thank Christian Witt for the opportunity to join such a great company and wish all the success to Schoeck for its fine engineered products.

Cheers,

Angelo Koichopolos
